WELCOME TO THE TOWN OF SIMS

 New residents will need to set up an account with the Town for water, sewer and trash/recycling pickup. Please fill out a new customer application and new customer info sheet. Return these documents to Town Hall with a copy of your Driver’s License and a copy of the first page of your lease or mortgage. The security deposit for renters is $250. The security deposit for homeowners is $125. This deposit will be applied to your final bill when you close the account, and you will receive a refund for the difference.
