The Town of Sims Land Use Plan- Regulations Committee Meeting for tonight has been postponed. We will no longer be meeting tonight, but will meet on January 11 at 6pm instead. Please note the time difference.

We will be convening for the Planning Board Meeting scheduled for tonight at 6pm at the Community Center. While we do not have any new developments, we will be swearing in our Planning Board and Board of Adjustment members at tonight’s meeting. If you any board members cannot attend, please call Town Hall at 237-4226 to let us know.

If any of our residents or business owners are interested in joining one of our Land Use Plan committees, or serving as a Planning Board Member in our ETJ area, please contact us.
